DO I NEED TO BE OR KNOW A MEMBER TO HAVE MY WEDDING AT THE KILLARA GOLF CLUB?

We warmly welcome all enquiries from both members and non-members.

CAN WE HAVE A WEDDING CEREMONY AT THE CLUB?

Yes, your ceremony can take place on our expansive open-air terrace overlooking the golf course, or alternatively, the rooms within the Clubhouse are available and can be styled accordingly.

IS THERE SOMEWHERE I CAN TAKE WEDDING PHOTOS?

Yes, we have many locations around the Clubhouse and Golf Course to take stunning wedding photos including established gardens, fountains, ponds, bridges and waterways. Please view our wedding photo gallery for a sample of our beautiful photo opportunities.

HOW MANY GUESTS CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE?

We have space to cater for up to 140 for a seated reception or up to 250 for a Cocktail and Canapé style wedding.

HOW MANY GUESTS CAN FIT ON A TABLE?

Our large round tables can seat up to 12 guests and our smaller tables can seat up to 8. We also have rectangular tables available for other table configurations or for the bridal table. The round tables can also be used for the bridal party if this is your preference.

WHO SETS UP THE DECORATIONS ON THE DAY?

Our Events team is more than happy to set up your decorations for you, provided that detailed and clear instructions are given. You are also welcome to set up the decorations yourself, depending on venue availability.

CAN WE STORE SUPPLIES HERE THE NIGHT BEFORE AND OVERNIGHT AFTER THE RECEPTION?

Yes. Please arrange this with your Events Co-ordinator prior to the day. The Killara Golf Club cannot accept any responsibility for items left at our venue.
